Mount Royal Hike Followed by Dinner & Pub Night
You'll be rewarded with a spectacular view of the Downtown Montreal after this enjoyable hike
up Mount Royal. Perhaps more of a hike than a walk, you should wear good footwear and be
prepared for an uphill climb and plenty of stairs during this Montreal walk. The Mont Royal
belvedere lookout offers spectacular vistas of downtown Montreal.  After the hike, we’ll have
dinner and then go to a pub in downtown Montreal.

An evening at the museum! // Une soirée au Musée ! MAC de Montréal
An evening at the museum!

Join us for a delightful evening at the "MAC de Montréal"

The Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal was founded by the Québec government in 1964, at the instigation of artists and collectors who wanted to see an institution established to build a collection of contemporary works by artists from Montréal, Québec, Canada and around the world.

Truly a museum for the twenty-first century, the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal stands right next to Place des Festivals, in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles and on the Place des Arts site. It is part of Canada’s only cultural complex devoted to both the performing and visual arts.

For those who want, we'll go for supper after at a restaurant nearby (to be determine).
Depart at 5:30 PM from the lobby of the Embassy Suites and the museum is a 15 minutes walk.Rates: 14$ per person or 12 $ if we are 15 or more.

Walk & Stop in Old Montreal
In the 1600's settlers from France landed at the edge of the St. Lawrence River and began to build a waterside community. This area, now known as Old Montreal, has been preserved in much of its original 17th and 18th century state, and has a vibrant atmosphere. Join us for a walk and stop tour along its cobblestone streets, followed by dinner in the area at a restaurant such as Modavie, a bistro with live jazz.

Barbara will meet people in the lobby of Embassy Suites @ 6:00 pm
